How the HEIDENHAIN Exchange Service Green Deal works
Apply for a device through the HEIDENHAIN Exchange Service.
We'll deliver the desired device within 24 hours upon request for customers inside Europe.
Return your defective device along with this checklistto the following address within two weeks after receiving the replacement device:

You pay for shipping and handling when returning the defective device.
The customer orders a “Green Deal" device from HEIDENHAIN Scandinavia. It is necessary that the customer indicates the part number (ID) of the defective device.
The customer will be charged 50% of the customer-specific service price (product sales) when the defective device has arrived at HEIDENHAIN Scandinavia warehouse.
The customer returns the defective device within two weeks with full report.
However, HEIDENHAIN will charge the customer 80% of the customer-specific service price (product sales) in the following cases:
If the broken unit is not returned within the 2 week period
If the returned device is not equivalent to the Exchange Service device sent to you (based on the ID number).
If the checklist is not completed and included in the return shipment.
