How the HEIDENHAIN Exchange Service Green Deal works

  • Apply for a device through the HEIDENHAIN Exchange Service.
  • We'll deliver the desired device within 24 hours upon request for customers inside Europe.
  • Return your defective device along with this checklist to the following address within two weeks after receiving the replacement device:

   You pay for shipping and handling when returning the defective device.

  • The customer orders a “Green Deal" device from HEIDENHAIN Scandinavia. It is necessary that the customer indicates the part number (ID) of the defective device.
  • The customer will be charged 50% of the customer-specific service price (product sales) when the defective device has arrived at HEIDENHAIN Scandinavia warehouse.
  • The customer returns the defective device within two weeks with full report.
  • However, HEIDENHAIN will charge the customer 80% of the customer-specific service price (product sales) in the following cases:
    • If the broken unit is not returned within the 2 week period
    •  If the returned device is not equivalent to the Exchange Service device sent to you (based on the ID number).
    • If the checklist is not completed and included in the return shipment.
